Accolate to EdHelper.com
For those 16 Home-School years, EdHelper.com has served me the main resource for Math teaching in that its width and depth of exercises have driven my lectures and kids' comprehension beyond my former education in Taipei.
It is known that Math Curriculum in the U.S. (i.e. Common Core)
is a distance below that in Asia and Europe in terms of coverage and techniques (e.g. Analytic Geometry and Algebraic Conversion). On the other hand, U.S. Math emphasizes on understanding the principles behind the scene (e.g. why √2 ~ 1.414, π ~ 3.14159?).
As a Home-School Promoter, JenIndeed takes on both sides and guides students to understandings as well as techniques above and beyond Common Core. Below are some sample works my children did based on EdHelper.com.
